Marci has given many presentations on communication, entrepreneurship, employment skills, media relations, humor, and Work/Life Balance. She's also acted as emcee at several events, for audiences up to 325 people.

In 1997, Marci competed as the District representative in the NYS Business & Professional Women's New Careerist program, a professional development and speech competition at the State Conference held at The Sagamore, and won the award. Her speech on Fear and Risk prompted many invitations to give keynotes to women’s groups over western New York State.
