One
of Marci’s greatest business traits
and accomplishments is in risk-taking and initiating change. She is one
of the small percent of working writers in the US who earns a living solely
on her independent work. After establishing herself as a successful published
freelance writer for local, regional and national magazines since 1979,
she entered the business and marketing arena in 1993. Because of her creative
ability and experience in writing and media relations, she was asked to
take on the advertising for Manpower’s six branch offices in the
Rochester and Finger Lakes area. Within two years, she created a new,
cohesive corporate image that boosted response by 150%. From there, she
moved on to establish DoubleVision Creative in 1996.
In putting together projects for clients, she’s adept at
working with different creative personalities, able to work on deadlines,
and create effective, happy teams. She's attentive to the needs of the
organization, listens intently, comes back with thoughts and ideas, and
is able to put them into reality. She
has the ability to capture and pull out the essence of what her clients
want and merge this into a new product. |

Marci
possesses the leadership ability and strength to guide people through
the change process. She is “living
the dream” as
a self-supporting writer, and is a role model and coach to other writers,
would-be writers and self-employed people.
In addition, Marci calls on
her unique background in PGA TOUR golf and media relations over fifteen
years, to bring sophistication and confidence in working with any level
client, from a sole proprietorship to celebrities.
Most important, she
and her fellow professionals share a business philosophy that includes
quality, professionalism, ethics, honesty and a dedication to personal
service with excellent follow-through and response. We believe rapport
and relationship are essential in building client satisfaction and loyalty. |
