Project: Publicity and promotion, research and a new website www.visitnyscanals.com for The Canal New York Experience: Active Travel and Enjoyable Learning – a first-of-its-kind resource featuring educational programs on the canal system of New York State. A part of the Explore NY grant.
Role: Public relations, media relations, web content development & SEO; representation at trade conferences and board meetings.
Market: Educational travel planners, educators for primary & secondary schools, college aged and international students, adult life-long learners

Contracted with The Rivers Organization to produce the grant's publicity, research and website development portion. The Rivers Organization administered the Explore NY grant for marketing on behalf of the Canal New York membership and board.
